Oscar-winning director Kathryn Bigelow has decided to part ways with her two-bedroom Tribeca condo.

The 1,665-square-foot unit at 449 Washington Street is listed for just under $2.9 million. It comes with two marble bathrooms, a private elevator landing, 10-foot ceilings, wide-plank oak floors, double-pane windows, a state-of-the-art marble kitchen, a washer/dryer, motorized shades, and a private terrace off the master bedroom.

Bigelow snapped up the pad in 2015 for a touch over $3 million, according to 6sqft, meaning she’s prepared to take a slight loss on the place.

In 2010, she became the first woman to win the Academy Award for Best Director for her work on “The Hurt Locker”, and has been the only female woman to receive the accolade since then. Let’s all take a moment to appreciate how nuts that is.

Iman Bacodari of Douglas Elliman has the listing.
