Céline Dion’s Florida mansion now $38.5M — almost half off

We can’t help but wonder if the price cuts to Céline Dion’s lavish Florida home will go on and on.

The famed singer has been trying to unload her oceanfront Jupiter Island Estate since 2013, when she first listed it for $72 million. After her husband René Angélil died last year, she lowered the price to $45.5 million. Now the sprawling spread — which comes with its own water park — is asking $38.5 million.

Dion and Angélil built the home in 2010. According to the Wall Street Journal, the approximately 10,000-square-foot main house has five bedrooms, and fully automated clothing and shoe racks. Also on the 5.5 acre grounds is two four-bedroom guest houses, a pool house, a beach house with a massage room, three pools, a tennis court which doubles as a basketball court, a tennis pavilion containing a gym and a golf simulator, and the water park which includes two slides, a bridge over a lazy river, a tree house and eight water cannons.

Dion is also trying to sell her Paris mansion. Earlier this month, we reported that she had listed it for $9.4 million.
