Owner of Jon Bon Jovi’s former pad is not holding on to what he’s got

You could be sleeping on a “Bed of Roses” at Jon Bon Jovi’s former Soho pad. The spread is now back up for grabs and asking $38 million.

The penthouse, at 158 Mercer Street, is no stranger to the market. The “Slippery When Wet” rocker bought the six bedroom pad in 2007 for $24 million, but by 2013 was trying to part with it to the tune of $42 million. He then slashed the asking price to $39.9 million, before taking it off the market altogether. Then in 2014, it made a $37.5 million comeback — and was checked out by supermodel Heidi Klum.

Finally in 2015, the place went into contract. The Real Deal reported that Austrian-American businessman Gerhard Andlinger was the lucky buyer. He paid $34 million for it.

Now Andlinger is ready to bid adieu too.

The duplex’s listing doesn’t have any accompanying photos yet, but does note prewar details, high ceilings, arched windows, a wood-burning fireplaces, walk in closets, a staff room, a full screening room/office, a gym, and private roof top terraces.

Jovi, meanwhile, picked up some new digs at the West Village’s 150 Charles Street.
