New York Ranger’s defenseman Ryan McDonagh is ready to skate away from his Tribeca loft at the swanky Sugar Loaf Building at 155 Franklin Street.

The hockey player — who nabbed the place in 2014 — wants $5.7 million for the 2,450-square-foot loft.

It comes with three bedrooms, two bedrooms, 11-foot ceilings, exposed brick and timber-beamed ceilings, this lofts impressive industrial charm is striking from the moment you walk in, and video intercom system that allow residents to see visitors and grant access via smart phone or tablet. But the best perk might be getting to live in the same building as Taylor Swift.

Swift owns two side-by-side duplexes (one for her, one for her security team) at the building, which has also housed the likes of Steven Soderbergh and Orlando Bloom. She bought them in March 2014 from Lord of the Rings director, Peter Jackson for $19.95 million. Last summer she moved into a West Village rental while renovations were being carried out on the spread.
