Grammy Award-winning R&B icon Mary J. Blige has just cut another $1 million from the price tag of her sprawling New Jersey estate.
The eight-bedroom home in the Saddle River neighborhood is now listed for a pinch under $8.9 million — almost $4 million less than the singer paid for the place in 2008 when she nabbed it for $12.8 million. According to The Daily Mail, Blige first listed the pad in 2015 for $13 million, and this is its fourth price chop in less than two years.
Sitting on over four acres, the 18,250-square-foot spread comes with ten bathrooms and three half baths, a double story entrance foyer, two formal dining rooms, a gourmet chef’s kitchen with two islands and two refrigerators, an elevator, a custom crafted bar, a library, wood-burning fireplaces, and a home gym, sauna, and steam room,.
There is also an indoor basketball court, a wine cellar, plus a pool and guest cottage.
