It’s a wrap: This week’s celebrity home swaps

Producer and director Steven Soderbergh has sold his three-bedroom Chelsea apartment and we’re presuming that neither sex, lies or a videotape were needed to close the deal.

Doris Roberts is best remembered for playing Marie Barone, Ray Romano’s mother on “Everybody Loves Raymond.” But Roberts, who passed away in April 2016, could also be remembered for her Emmy-award-winning performances, animal-rights activism or her tony five-bedroom duplex along Central Park South. Roberts’ estate have now listed her her co-op at 200 Central Park South for $3.2 million.

We wouldn’t have expected fashion designer Zac Posen to buy on the stuffy Upper East Side, but according to city records, the “Project Runway” judge is indeed the buyer of a duplex penthouse at 210 East 73rd Street.

It looks as though actor James Spader and his long-time partner, actress turned erotic sculptor Leslie Stefanson, could be moving into a beautiful Lincoln Square co-op. Stefanson, as trustee, recently signed for a three-bedroom apartment in the 15-story pre-war building city records show. She paid $4.3 million.

Infamous radio host Don Imus just re-listed his Central Park-facing penthouse for $14.9 million — $2 million less that it was most recently asking towards the end of last year.

New York Ranger’s defenseman Ryan McDonagh is ready to skate away from his Tribeca loft at the swanky Sugar Loaf Building at 155 Franklin Street. The hockey player — who nabbed the place in 2014 — wants $5.7 million for the 2,450-square-foot loft.

Olivia Palermo, the socialite who was a major character in the MTV series “The City,” and her husband, German model Johannes Huebl, have purchased an apartment in DUMBO’s Clocktower building, according to city records.

Grammy Award-winning R&B icon Mary J. Blige has just cut another $1 million from the price tag of her sprawling New Jersey estate. The eight-bedroom home in the Saddle River neighborhood is now listed for a pinch under $8.9 million — almost $4 million less than the singer paid for the place in 2008 when she nabbed it for $12.8 million.
