Andrew Richardson, the fashion designer and publisher of the provocative “Richardson” magazine, has listed his co-op at 118 Forsyth Street on the Lower East Side for $3.5 million, according to city records.
Richardson and the model Diana Dondoe bought the unit together in 2007 for $1.5 million. It does not appear that the two are married. They first listed it in June 2016 for $3.995 million with Sotheby’s, and it is listed for its current price with Compass.
Richardson made his name as a stylist, and then went on to publish the annual magazine “Richardson,” which features risque images like a nearly-nude Blac Chyna on the cover. He has two clothing stores — one on Broome Street in New York and another in LA — that sell fancy athleisure in the spirit of the label Supreme (whom he has collaborated with).
The 2,300-square-foot apartment has beautiful views of Sara D. Roosevelt Park from a sliding window made in Switzerland. The apartment also has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, radiant floors throughout, a fireplace, double black lacquer doors in the master bedroom, a standalone clawfoot tub and a storage unit in the basement. According to the listing, the unit will have roof access starting in the spring.
