Seeing as Donald Trump has spent his first two weeks in office doing pretty much whatever he wants without regard for anyone else, it’s not wholly surprising that his wife, Melania Trump, is following suit.
The First Lady, whose stay in Trump Tower in New York was meant to last only until the end of her son Barron’s semester at school, is now reportedly reluctant to make the move. “They will reevaluate toward the end of the school year if they will keep this arrangement or if Melania and Barron will move to Washington,” a “family insider” tells Us Weekly. “They could go either way right now. They will ultimately do what’s best for Barron.”
As for Trump, he seems fine with the arrangement, telling ABC news that he doesn’t miss his wife or his son because “I end up working longer. And that’s OK.” If the expression on her face during the inauguration is any indication, we have a feeling Melania doesn’t mind being separated from him so much either. [Us Weekly]
