Icelandic singer and wearer of swan dresses Björk, has just bid adieu to her historic home in the “oh, so quiet,” enclave Sneden’s Landing for $2.2 million.

She acquired the property in 2002 for $1.4 million, Variety reports, and it flirted with the market for years. First appearing in 2009 asking $1.8 million, and then in late 2015 for $3.2 million.

Despite our best sleuthing, a listing — or even a past listing — was not to be found. Although we hear the nearly 3,000-square-foot house comes with four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms.

Sneden’s Landing — now known as Palisades — is a secluded village across the Hudson River and about 12 miles north of the George Washington Bridge. It’s a bona fide celebrity hot-spot: Uma Therman, Bill Murray, Diane Sawyer, Mikhail Baryshnikov, Al Pacino, Angelina Jolie and Hayden Panettiere have all called the neighborhood home.

In 2016, Björk bought her ex-partner of thirteen years, Matthew Barney, out of their Brooklyn Heights penthouse at 160 Henry Street for $1.6 million. [Variety]
