DuJour publisher lists artfully decorated Tribeca pad for $11M

Magazine publisher Jason Binn has listed his Tribeca apartment at 92 Laight Street for $10.9 million, according to city records.

Binn founded DuJour magazine and Niche Media, which publishes Gotham and the Hamptons magazines. He also serves as an advisor to the Gilt Group and the private jet company JetSmarter.

Binn owned the Tribeca condo with his wife, Haley Lieberman Binn, but they are currently separated. They purchased three units in the building, which have been combined to make this one. He and Haley purchased 3A for a little more than $2 million in 2005, 3B for $1.76 million in 2006 and 3C for $1.45 million in 2010. So if Binn gets anything close to the apartment’s current $11 million asking price, he’ll have made out pretty well.

According to the listing, this apartment has 4,400 square feet, three bedrooms, six bathrooms, Hudson River views and a Crestron smart home automation system. All of the interior decorations were done by AD100 designer Tony Ingrao. Adam Modlin of the Modlin Group has the listing, which is a co-exclusive with The Alexander Team.
