Coinciding with prep for his 2017 tour, legendary crooner, Neil Diamond has plunked down over $7 million for a new luxury Malibu pad.

According to real estate gossip “Yolanda’s Little Black Book,” Diamond’s new 4,692-square-foot manse is located on the Pacific Coast Highway in a gated oceanfront enclave called “Blue Whale Estates.”

Featuring ocean views, an infinity pool and sitting on 0.32 acres, the five-bedroom, seven-bath also boasts an open kitchen with granite counters and stainless-steel range, and a great room with vaulted ceiling. Private beach access is a big win as well.

Not only did Diamond nab a real gem, he did got a whale of a deal. The former owners, a Taiwanese business woman, Michelle Wong and her husband — paid $8.15 million back in 2010.

    Sick pool.
    Sweet lot.
    The house itself is…meh.
    Has that first-gen autocad look.
