It’s a wrap: This week’s celebrity home swaps

Say it ain’t so… he’s ready to go. Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker has listed his four-bedroom home in Los Angeles’ Cheviot Hills neighborhood for $4.7 million.

She’s accustomed to helping people shed pounds, but now fitness guru Jillian Michaels is shedding something of her own: dollars off the asking price of her Malibu mansion. She’s just relisted the beach-front spread at a pinch under $8.9 million.

Icelandic singer and wearer of swan dresses Björk, has just bid adieu to her historic home in the “oh, so quiet,” enclave Sneden’s Landing for $2.2 million. She acquired the property in 2002 for $1.4 million and it flirted with the market for years.

Jessica Alba just bought a 1.85-acre Beverly Hills spread for $9.9 million from another Hollywood bigshot: “Black Swan” producer Mike Medavoy.

Coinciding with prep for his 2017 tour, legendary crooner, Neil Diamond has plunked down over $7 million for a new luxury Malibu pad. Diamond’s new 4,692-square-foot manse is located on the Pacific Coast Highway in a gated oceanfront enclave called “Blue Whale Estates.”

It looks like Samantha Bee could be planning her “Not the White House Correspondents’ Dinner” from new digs on the Upper West Side. The Canadian-born “Full Frontal” host and her husband, “Daily Show” correspondent Jason Jones, paid $3.7 million for a prewar co-op at 300 Riverside Drive.

We just can’t get enough of this Park Slope townhouse. Currently owned by “Depeche Mode” and “Erasure” founding member Vincent Martin (better known by his stage name Vince Clarke), and his wife Tracy Martin, the home at 178 Garfield Place in Park Slope was just listed for $5.995 million.
