Horse racing socialite lists Park Avenue pad for $35M

Sheila Rosenblum, head of the Lady Sheila Stables horse racing syndicate, has listed her spacious and newly-renovated duplex at Zeckendorf’s 515 Park Avenue for $35 million, per city records.

LLNYC got the chance to tour the apartment back in July for a profile we ran of Rosenblum, and we can personally vouch for the jaw dropping views it offers of the park and the skyline. According to the listing, with Pamela Nichols of Douglas Elliman, the apartment has 5,000 square feet, four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, 11.5-foot ceilings, a marble and onyx floor in the foyer, a master suite with walk-in closets and an onyx bathroom. The listing also comes with a small studio apartment on the second floor where guests can stay.

Lady Sheila’s Stables is an all-female horse racing syndicate that Rosenblum started in 2012. Members include Dottie Herman, president and CEO of Douglas Elliman, and Jill Zarin, the entrepreneur who formerly starred on “The Real Housewives of New York.”
