A 2.8-acre parcel in East Hampton’s Lily Pond with an asking price of $19.45 million is in contract.
The property includes a 4500-square-foot, five-bedroom and five-bathroom home in addition to a two-bedroom guesthouse and a pool house. However, those structures will most likely be demolished for new development, according to Curbed.
The property sold in November 2007 for $17.5 million, and with neighboring properties selling for around $20 million, the sellers probably took a loss on the deal, according to Curbed. [Curbed] – Christopher Cameron
