First he bought it. Then he listed it. And now it seems as though actor Mike Myers has already sold his Tribeca apartment — just one month after he first snapped the place up.
Myers paid $14.6 million for the apartment at the very swanky 443 Greenwich in January, but evidently had a change of heart when he relisted it just a week later for $15 million. While the apartment is in contract, it’s not yet clear how much the four-bedroom spread sold for.
Myers and his wife Kelly Tisdale bought under the name Perry Trust — the same trust he used when he bought his penthouse at 72 Mercer Street in 2007.

Myers is giving up two exposures, direct, key-locked elevator access, wide plank white-oak floors, and reclaimed wood galore. Plus access to amenities like a central garden, an underground parking garage, a 75-foot lap pool, a children’s playroom, a fitness center, and a climate controlled wine cellar.
