When we first spotted this antique-filled penthouse in Soho, we knew someone super cool had to live in it. And it turns out we were right! Curbed first recognized the apartment as belonging to none other than Kirsten Dunst, who rented it out a few years ago for $12,500-a-month. Now, she’s put it up for sale for $5 million.

The “Hidden Figures” actress paid $3.09 million for the place at 477 Washington Street (the building also has the less-fashionable address of 533 Canal Street) in 2007, under the Toluca Lake Property Trust. It has two bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms, a private elevator entrance, arched windows with southwestern exposures and views of the river, mosaic tiles in the bathroom and a vintage clawfoot tub. According to the listing, Dunst gut-renovated the place.

Dunst recently became engaged to her “Fargo” co-star, Jesse Plemons, so perhaps the two of them are looking for a larger pad to share.

Jared Seligman and Evan Danzig of Douglas Elliman have the listing. [Curbed]
