Andrew Ross Sorkin, you might not be surprised to learn, lives nothing like the characters on his hit Showtime show “Billions.” That being said, his digs aren’t too shabby. He and his wife Pilar Queen just sold their condo at 118 west 79th Street, an Emery Roth-designed tower on the Upper West Side, for $3.25 million.

Reality TV star and creator of the Skinnygirl booze brand, Bethenny Frankel, is shedding yet another part of her much gossiped about real estate portfolio. Frankel is letting go of her two-bedroom Soho apartment, slapping it on the market for $5.2 million.

Taylor Swift is probably preparing a gift basket filled with baked goods as we speak.

Her neighbor, New York Ranger’s defenseman Ryan McDonagh, is packing up his hockey sticks, and moving out. His Tribeca loft at the swanky Sugar Loaf Building at 155 Franklin Street has just gone into contract, after less than a month on the market.

When we first spotted this antique-filled penthouse in Soho, we knew someone super cool had to live in it. And it turns out we were right! Curbed first recognized the apartment as belonging to none other than Kirsten Dunst, who rented it out a few years ago for $12,500-a-month. Now, she’s put it up for sale for $5 million.
