Forget all those Tribeca lofts with their sophisticated design touches and curated artworks that look nice but have zero personality.

This townhouse, which just hit the market asking $2.5 million, is a real artists’ home, and we have to say it’s totally mesmerizing. Located in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn at 578 Myrtle Avenue, the 3,200-square-foot-house has two bedrooms, three bathrooms and is zoned for residential living on the top floors plus a commercial space on the ground floor. It has four working fireplaces, a finished basement and a large backyard. We also love the tin ceilings, pink and green walls and even the pink bathtub.

The owner appears to be Warren Parker, a New York-based artist known for his paintings of ballet dancers, which we see sprinkled around the house. Per city records, he bought the house in 1973, though the deed does not specify how much he paid for it.

Jevon Gratineau of Halstead Property has the listing.

I was following an earning model I found on-line and I am so excited that i was able to make so much extra income. It’s really newbie friendly and I’m so thankful that I found out about this.
