It’s a wrap: This week’s celebrity home swaps

Soo K. Chan’s firm SCDA Architecture may be responsible for designing some of the most futuristic-looking buildings in the city, but the starchitect’s own apartment, at 25 Central Park West, is surprisingly traditional. Chan, whose firm is based in Singapore, has just listed his condo at the Century building for $4 million.

And we thought Tommy Hilfiger’s lavishly decorated, $59-million apartment at the Plaza was out there. It turns out that apartment is a plain Jane compared to the designer’s home in Miami, which he has just listed for $27.5 million.

Summer Friday’s 😈

We guess the New York winters are just too much for these Brazilian models. Just three weeks ago, Brazilian supermodel Caroline Trentini listed her East Village apartment for $3 million, and now, according to StreetEasy records, her fellow model and co-patriot Jeisa Chiminazzo is doing the same thing. She just listed her apartment at 53 Warren Street in Tribeca for $3.5 million.

Fashion icons are so over Miami. At least we’re guessing that’s the case, seeing as Calvin Klein has just sold his Miami getaway in the same week that Tommy Hilfiger listed his. The 5,802-square-foot minimalist spread sold for $12.8 million, reports Variety, rather less than its original price tag of $16 million.
