Well, it happened: Tinsley Mortimer is now a “real housewife” of New York

NYC “it” girl Tinsley Mortimer isn’t trying to distance herself from drama, she’s embracing it. The Manhattan socialite, who suffered a very public fall from grace (after she was arrested for stalking her ex-lover in Palm Beach), is not only “back,” she is on TV!

Town and Country reports that Mortimer will star in the upcoming season of “Real Housewives of New York City.” The series’ ninth season will premier on Bravo on April 5 at 9 p.m.

Mortimer married her high school sweetheart, the Standard Oil scion Topper Mortimer and quickly became a “celebutant.” She even had a cameo on “Gossip Girl” and a lipstick for Dior, aptly named “Tinsley Pink.” But after a difficult divorce and a failed reality show called “High Society,” she left NYC for Palm Beach. Now she is back in NYC and trying reality TV once again.
