Former E*Trade CEO lists One Madison pad for $15M

Paul Idzik, who was the CEO of the financial services company E*Trade from 2013 until September 2016, has just listed his apartment at Related’s One Madison at 23 East 22nd Street for $14.75 million, per StreetEasy records.

The 3,310-square-foot condo he listed, with John Chang of Sotheby’s, has three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The listing notes that the apartment offers 365-degree views of the city, with marble countertops in the kitchen, two walk-in closets and a dreamy-looking soaking tub. One Madison also features amenities like a 50-foot indoor pool, a fitness center, steam room, and access to top concierge service.

Idzik bought the unit in 2014 for $14.25 million with his wife, Ruth. In addition to working at E*Trade, he was the Chief Executive of Investment at Barclay’s Bank, and Group Chief Executive Officer of DTZ Holdings PLC (now Cushman & Wakefield).

Rupert Murdoch owns the triplex penthouse in the building, which he had put on the market for $72 million in 2015. It no longer appears to be listed. Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen also own a unit in the building, though they are reportedly moving to 70 Vestry.
