It’s not too late in the season to head to sunny St. Barth’s. At least that’s what hedge fund exec Bruce Kovner is hoping; he just put his Caribbean mansion “Girasol” on the market for for $67 million.

Kovner purchased the property, which sits on on seven and a half acres of land in Marigot Beach, in 2005 and he has massively renovated it, according to the Wall Street Journal. The main home now has three bedrooms that each have their own covered deck, a few gazebos, a pool with a footpath and a sun deck by the beach. The home also offers an office area that is easily converted to an additional bedroom. A three-bedroom guest villa boasts a separate pool and there is a two-bedroom caretaker’s cottage on the compound as well.

According to the Journal, Kovner is selling this little taste of paradise because he recently completed building another home in Florida.
