Ina Garten lists $2M Upper East Side co-op

Calling all barefoot contessa’s: Ina Garten just listed Upper East Side co-op for $2 million, which may or may not be because last summer, she purchased a larger unit just blocks away.

Garten purchased it in 2004 and had interior designer Daniel Romualdez refurbish it. He told Food Network Magazine that year, “I wanted it to feel like a refuge — a place for her to curl up and recharge.”

With a Hamptons house and another Upper East side apartment, we’re sure Ina Garten won’t miss this co-op.

Alexa Lambert, Merrill Curtis and Marc Achilles of Stribling & Associates are handling the 77th Street listing.
