The day after Gwyneth Paltrow’s current Tribeca apartment went into contact, her previous abode in the same neighborhood has hit the market. Paltrow, along with her ex-husband, Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, bought unit 2 at 13 Harrison Street in 2005 for $7.9 million.

Calling all barefoot contessas: Ina Garten just listed her Upper East Side co-op for $2 million, which may or may not be because last summer, she purchased a larger unit just blocks away.

Elsa Hosk and her apartment at 184 Franklin Street

Victoria’s Secret angel Elsa Hosk is asking $1.1 million for her Tribeca walk-up co-op. Hosk paid $535,00 for the one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit at 184 Franklin Street in 2011.

A penthouse at Trump Park Avenue owned by the Donald J. Trump Revocable Trust, of which the president is the exclusive beneficiary, just hit the market asking $35 million, according to Streeteasy records.

Don Coleman, a former linebacker for the New Orleans Saints and the New York Jets, and his wife Jo Coleman have listed an apartment they own at 45 Park Avenue for $2.695 million, per StreetEasy records.

I got paid 104,000 thousand dollars in last twelve months by doing an on-line job from my house and I did it by working in my own time for 3+ h every day. I followed an earning opportunity I came across online and I am so excited that I was able to earn so much money on the side. It’s user-friendly and I’m just so thankful that I found out about it.
