Paul Marcarelli — aka the guy who used to star in the Verizon Wireless commercials and now stars in the Sprint commercials —  has just listed his Williamsburg apartment at 150 North 5th Street for $1.65 million, per StreetEasy records.

Macarelli paid a little under $800,000 for the apartment in 2009. The 1,214-square-foot condo has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a landscaped terrace and a deep Neptune soaking tub. We assume the internet and phone service is also very good.

From 2001 until 2012, Marcarelli starred in Verizon commercials playing a man talking on his phone around the world, asking whoever was on the other side, “Can you hear me now? Good.”

In 2016, he made headlines when he switched to starring in Sprint commercials. “Hey, I’m Paul. And I used to ask if you could hear me now, with Verizon,” he said in his first ad. “Not anymore. I’m with Sprint now.”

He told the New York Times in October that the difference between working with the two companies is that with Verizon, he was an actor, while with Sprint, “I’m speaking from personal experience as a legitimate Sprint customer.”

  • I was paid 104000 bucks last 12 months by doing an internet task and consequently I was able to do it by working in my own time for quite a few hours on a daily basis. I applied work opportunity I found out over the internet and so I am excited that I was capable to make such decent cash. It is seriously newbie-friendly and I’m so delighted that I found out about it. Check out exactly what I do…
