The former home of Ferrari president Marco Mattiacci in Soho is gearing up to hit the rental market for $15,000 a month.
The duplex townhouse loft at 554 Broome Street is currently occupied, but the two-bedroom space — and its “Ferrari red” kitchen — will be available April 26, the New York Post reported.
Frances Katzen at Douglas Elliman has the listing, according to the article. The 3,200-square-foot apartment features a 15-foot oak dining table, exposed wooden beams, a wood-burning fireplace and an olive press designed at least a hundred years ago by Arturo Di Modica, who sculpted the Wall Street bull.
