The teaser website is now live for HFZ Capital’s office-turned-condo in Tribeca, revealing a new rendering and pricing for the building’s 27 new homes.

Melanie Lazenby, Dina Lewis, Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes of Douglas Elliman Development Marketing will handle sales at 11 Beach Street, which includes three- to -five- bedrooms, some townhouses and a couple of penthouses with prices starting at $4.5 million, Curbed reported. The priciest unit, the penthouse, will hit the market for $19 million, according to the blog.

All units are being designed by Thomas Juul-Hansen, the same architect for 505 West 19th Street, the post said. Residents, who will begin move-ins at the start of 2016, will have access to a gym, roof terrace and a children’s playroom.

HFZ Capital tapped Douglas Elliman for the property in 2012, after acquiring the 122,000-square-foot building at Varick Street, as previously reported.  [Curbed] Angela Hunt
