Supermodel and philanthropist Petra Němcová sells her Tribeca pad

Call it a model unit, if you will. Czech supermodel Petra Němcová just sold her two-bedroom, two-bathroom Tribeca apartment at 200 Chambers Street, according to the New York Post.

There’s no word yet on the exact closing price, but the unit was last listed for just under $3 million. The 1,400-square foot property comes with a 837-square foot terrace — one of the largest in the building– and was originally priced at $3.49 million in June 2016.

The stunner features hardwood floors, a chef’s kitchen, a master suite complete with a spa-like bathroom, and floor-to-ceiling windows with spectacular views of downtown Manhattan. The building offers a pool, lounge, gym, landscaped roof terrace and business center.

In addition to her modeling work, Němcová is also the founder of the Happy Hearts Foundation charity, which builds schools in areas that have been impacted by natural disasters. She founded the charity after she survived the 2004 tsunami in Thailand by clinging to a palm tree for eight hours before she was rescued.
