The West Village townhouse at 23 Cornelia Street that Taylor Swift rented while renovations were being done on her Tribeca apartment has just hit the market asking $24.5 million, per StreetEasy records.

Is Angelina Jolie jumping on the Los Feliz bandwagon? The actress, who recently split from husband Brad Pitt, is rumored to have made an offer on the $25 million Cecil B. DeMille estate in the neighborhood, according to Variety. It wasn’t clear if her offer would be accepted.

“How I Met Your Mother” star Cobie Smulders (born Jacoba Francisca Maria Smulders) and her husband, “Hamilton” star Taran Killam, have just listed their apartment at 2 River Terrace in Battery Park for $3.995 million, per StreetEasy records.

Now that Alan Cumming has moved into his newly renovated East Village townhouse, he can focus on the important things in life: opening a bar. The Scottish actor is teaming up with Anderson Cooper’s boyfriend, Benjamin Maisani, as well as Darren Dryden and Daniel Nardicio, to open an East Village nightclub called “Club Cumming,” which is expected to open in September in the space currently occupied by the popular gay bar Eastern Bloc.

Filmmaker Oliver Stone is in contract to buy a 24th-floor apartment at 2 River Terrace. The apartment at Riverhouse was last asking $4.3 million, the New York Post reported, citing sources. The three-bedroom, four-bathroom home spans just under 2,000 square feet, and features south-facing views of the Hudson and hardwood floors.
