Katy Perry just dropped $19M on a new Beverly Hills pad

For pop star extraordinaire Katy Perry, nothing comes close to the golden coast!

She’s reportedly the new owner of a $19 million, secluded spread in the celeb-filled upper Coldwater Canyon area of Beverly Hills, California. Perry is thought to have nabbed the 5,427-square-foot property from C-Note Records owner Cody Leibel, in an off-market deal reports Variety.

The house, which is hidden at the end of a quarter-mile-long private driveway, comes with five bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms, an infinity pool, and a large covered terrace, according to a previous listing for the home.

The acquisition comes on the heels of Perry’s recent legal battle against a group of nuns who were attempting to stop her from purchasing the convent of Sisters of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, in nearby Los Feliz. In March, the Los Angeles Superior Court sided with Perry, and gave her the go-ahead to purchase the Spanish villa-style estate for $14.5 million.

The singer also owns two side-by-side homes in Hollywood Hills. Perry reportedly purchased the pair in 2013 for a total of $11.2 million from oil heiress Aileen Getty.
