London, as you know, is awash with tony, outrageously priced homes. Now, a new development called Centre Point in London’s West End is delivering what will be one of the priciest new apartments in the city. Here is a look inside.
Originally built in 1966, Centre Point was one of London’s first skyscrapers.
Now, developer Almacantar is transforming it into the tallest residential tower in London’s West End.
The penthouse is being offered for £55 million (roughly $70 million). The rest of the building’s units with start at just over £1.8 million.
The penthouse sits on the 33rd and 34th floors of the 82 unit tower and offers 360 degree panoramic views of London, including Buckingham Palace and the West End.
The 7,000-square-foot unit opens into a dramatic double-height space and features a curved stairwell and terrace.
We think living behind the Centre Point is pretty cool. But the building itself also boasts some pretty slick amenities.
