Michael Kelly, an actor best known for his role as Kevin Spacey’s weird henchman, Doug Stamper, on “House of Cards,” has just listed his apartment at 568 Grand Street in the Lower East Side for $1.29 million. We assume it’s not actually built out of cards.

The listing, which was first spotted by the Post, notes that the co-op apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, 7-inch-wide plank floors, wired surround sound and LED lighting. Kelly and his wife Karyn Mendel paid $800,000 for the the apartment in 2016, so they’re looking for a fairly hefty profit. Kelly’s “House of Cards” co-star, Corey Stoll, recently nabbed a Brooklyn townhouse for $2.4 million.

Kelly isn’t moving too far, however; the Post reports that he is only moving one flight up in the building, where he also owns two other apartments and plans to combine them (he paid $925,000 for one of them in March, and $460,000 for the other in 2012).
