Here are LLNYC’s favorite looks from this year’s Kips Bay Decorator Show House

This year the Kips Bay Decorator Show House – one of the top interior design events in New York City – set up shop at 125 East 65th Street. The interior design showcase is in its 45th year, and remains an impressive – and oh, so pretty – exhibition of furnishings, art and design.

This year’s featured designers include Powell & Bonnell, Kirsten Kelli, dineen architecture + design, Janice Parker and Nick Olsen, who each redesigned a room in the house.

125 East 65th Street is a former commercial building, primed and ready to be transformed back into a single family home. The 10,600-square-foot spread is on the market for $26.8 million, but unfortunately for future buyers, none of this swag will be included.

LLNYC went along to take a peek, and here our some of our favorite looks from the house – which will be open to the public until June 1.

We couldn’t get enough of this bedroom at the #kipsbayshowhouse17 earlier today.
