Mark Ruffalo sells Brooklyn townhouse at a “hulk” of a discount for $3M

We can’t imagine how angry the Hulk would get if he had to sell at such a loss!

Mark Ruffalo, the movie star who plays the bulging green giant in the “Avengers” series, just sold his Brooklyn townhouse at 319 Sackett Street in Carroll Gardens for $3.125 million — significantly less than the $3.5 million he paid for it in 2015 under the Piccolo Revocable Trust and through his rep Stuart Gelwarg.

Of course, Ruffalo did list the home in September for $3.1 million, so we guess he was looking to get rid of it quick. Per the listing, with Linda VanderWoude and Beth Kugel of Halstead, the home has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, and can be converted into a three unit home if the new owner wants to (though it is currently configured as one). There’s also French doors that lead to a blue stone garden (which looks like it needs a little love), “Romanesque” wood doors and marble fireplaces.
