British actor and naked-paddle-boarder Orlando Bloom has just dropped $7 million on a modern, minimalist mini-manse in Beverly Hills’ Trousdale Estates area.
Designed by Mexican architect Miguel Angel Aragonés, the 4,009-square-foot spread comes with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Its open-plan living area includes a comfy-looking sunken conversation pit, a dining room, a family/media room, and there is a state-of-the-art lighting system throughout.
Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass panels open out onto the home’s wraparound deck, swimming pool and outside shower.
The “Pirates of the Caribbean” star’s new pad was first listed with an almost $12 million price tag, that eventually dropped to closer to $8 million, reports Variety.
If he’s looking for a fresh start though, the actor is out of luck — his ex Katy Perry just bought a $19 million home in Beverly Hills too.
In 2015 Bloom sold his three-bedroom Tribeca pad at 155 Franklin Street for $5.5 million.
