“Million Dollar Listing New York” star and broker Fredrik Eklund is reportedly the buyer of a 46th floor duplex at 1 Seaport in the Financial District — a building Eklund, along with his firm Douglas Elliman — has been marketing.

Most recently asking $4.6 million, the spread has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, floor-to-ceiling glass walls, European oak flooring, custom architectural millwork, an open plan living area including a kitchen with Calacatta Gold marble illuminated backsplashes and countertops, two terraces and stellar views.

The 1,938-square-foot unit went into contract in February, reports the New York Post. It has yet to close.

Eklund currently calls Tribeca’s 290 West Street home, where he lives in a $5.3 million apartment he bought last year. Like 1 Seaport, he was also part of that building’s brokerage team.

Last week it was announced that the broker would be getting a new show alongside his best bud and fellow Bravo-star, Bethenny Frankel called “Bethenny and Fredrik Property Project.”
