It comes as no surprise that Ryan Seacrest, having just scored himself a hosting spot alongside Kelly Ripa on morning show “Live!”, would be in the market for some lavish New York City real estate — after all, the commute from his home in LA might have been a little much.
Lo and behold, Seacrest has found himself a $75,000-a-month rental, reports the Daily Mail.
The Upper East Side townhouse, located on a prime stretch of East 68th Street between Madison and Park Avenues, was recently redesigned by Michael Chen Architects.
Spanning 11,000 square feet, the house comes with six bedrooms, an entry foyer with a custom sculpted ceiling and black limestone flooring, a white oak kitchen, formal sitting and dining rooms, two staircases, an elevator, a full-floor master suite, a custom skylight installation piece by artist Sarah Oppenheimer, a terrace, a rooftop garden with an outdoor kitchen, and a vertical garden too.
Better still, Seacrest won’t have too far to travel to visit his new co-star: Ripa and husband Mark Consuelos own a $27 million townhouse on East 76th Street.
