A goodbye to the grande dame of decorating

Architectural Digest pays tribute to “decorating legend” Betty Sherrill, who died on Monday at the age of 91. The “spunky” and “flirtatious yet steely” Southern-born businesswoman was the chairman and former president of NYC-based McMillen Inc. — the oldest operating interior design firm in the country.
