For $27,500 a month, anyone can live like media bigwig Charlie Corwin.
Corwin is the co-chairman and CEO of Endemol Productions and is known for his work as producer on the History Channel show Swamp People and multiple movies.
Now, he is renting out his four-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment at 195 Hudson Street, because he will be spending most of his time in Los Angeles, together with his wife Olivia. The couple bought the apartment in 2011 for $5.13 million. The 7-story building, which was built in the 1920s, used to be the headquarters of the U.S. Rubber Company. Town Residential brokers Adam Taylor, Wilbur Gonzalez and Chris Kastner have the listing.
“We figured, since we’re not going to be there, somebody might as well enjoy the apartment,” Corwin, a born and raised New Yorker, told the New York Daily News. [NYDN] — Claire Moses
