Alec Baldwin likes tony Manhattan real estate. He currently calls a $12 million three-bedroom home in Greenwich Village’s Devonshire House home — when he isn’t staying in his Hamptons spread (which is a lot of the time). And Baldwin and his wife Hilaria are rumored to be shopping for something even bigger following the birth of their third child.
But in the midst of all that, the Trump-impersonator-in-chief has let go of a small unit in the Upper West Side’s famed Eldorado building for $1.2 million, according to 6sqft.
The unit was never publicly listed and it just showed up in public records, so we know relatively little about the apartment.
We do known that $1.2 million is nothing for the Eldorado, where a unit is currently on the market for $14.7 million. So the apartment is most likely an annex, or maids quarters. That makes since consider Baldwin sold his larger apartment in the tower for $9.5 million in 2011. The buyer is private equity firm founder and political economist David E. Spiro.
Baldwin recently appeared in “Paris Can Wait” opposite actress Diane Lane, who grace LLNYC’s most recent cover. You can read the profile here.
