Yolanda Hadid is moving to 30 Park Place

This housewife is making moves!

Yolanda Hadid, star of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” and mother to supermodels Gigi and Bella, is reportedly ditching her Westwood apartment for one on the east coast.

Per Page Six, the reality-TV star is moving to Larry Silverstein’s 30 Park Place Four Seasons Private Residences in Tribeca. There are no details about whether she’s buying or renting, or how much she’s spending. According to StreetEasy, prices in the building range from $3.5 million to $32 million for sales, and $8,500-a-month to $35,000-a-month for rentals.

We think she’ll be able to afford it, though, considering she just sold her place in Westwood for a tad under $5 million, and sold her house in Malibu, which she owned with her ex-husband David Foster, for $19.45 million in 2015.

If Yolanda does end up buying a place in the city, we hope she uses a little more savvy when naming her LLC than her daughter, Gigi. [NYP]
