The Hamptons are officially open for business this weekend and “Iron Man” actor Robert Downey Jr. picked up his perfect vacation house just in time.

Sources tell Behind the Hedges, that Downey Jr. bought the historic Edward DeRose Windmill Cottage on East Hampton. Built around 1885, the iconic home built inside a giant (and sadly nonfunctional) windmill has been toying with the market for years. In 2014, it listed for $13.5 million, but after failing to find a buyer, it relisted last summer for $10.5 million.

It boasts four acres, seven-bedroom main house, two-bedroom guesthouse, three-car garage, 50-foot pool, tennis court, and  landscaped gardens.
