Samuel Waxman Foundation fetes with Carolina Herrera: PHOTOS

On the Upper East Side last week, Andrea Stark opened her doors to the Samuel Waxman Cancer Research Foundation (SWCRF) which hosted its fourth annual Collaborating for a Cure Luncheon at her residence.

The event featured a fashion presentation by Carolina Herrera, who presented their pre-fall 2017 collection, with all event proceeds benefiting the SWCRF

The luncheon was catered by David Burke at Bloomingdales and prosecco and white wine was poured alongside hydrogen-infused water, and MarieBelle provided guests with chocolate desserts.

“Every year, this by-invitation-only and sold-out event has grown in support, doubling in attendance since it debuted in 2014,” said Dr. Samuel Waxman, founder and CEO of SWCRF.  “The Waxman Foundation was founded as a result of the generosity of the fashion industry and it continues to support us with the likes of industry leaders such as Carolina Herrera. We are most grateful to Carolina Herrera for their participation this year.”
