Adam Pally, an actor who is perhaps best known for his role as Max Blum on the ABC series “Happy Endings,” has just laid out $3.2 million for an apartment at London Terrace Towers at 470 West 24th Street, per city records.
According to the listing, with Patty LaRocco and Yasmine Guenancia of Douglas Elliman, the unit is a combination of two adjoining apartments, and has been “meticulously restored.” The 2,248-square-foot apartment has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It supposedly offers one of the largest kitchens in the building and a wood-burning fireplace in the living room. The pre-war building has a heated pool, giant shared terrace, a gym and a parking garage.
In addition to his work on “Happy Endings,” Pally also starred in Mindy Kaling’s “The Mindy Project” as Dr. Peter Prentice and the Fox comedy “Making History.” He was raised in New York City, but until now, lived with his wife Danielle and their two children in Los Angeles.
