An Italian company called Fratelli Saraceni is now selling blue prosecco here in the U.S. The 7 percent ABV sparkling wine is made from prosecco, blue curaçao, and peach and according to Observer, it tastes like a raspberry sour patch kid. But according to the brand’s site, the bubbly a “is a velvety and seductive sparkling wine that is deliciously fruity.”
Taste aside, it appears the younguns’ are fully embracing it — at least to post pictures of its azure glow on Instagram.
So when asked what you want to imbibe, this summer one has more options than ever: red, white and blue!
