This may be the perfect apartment for early risers. “Today” show anchor Savannah Guthrie and her husband, political consultant Michael Feldman, have listed their large combination apartment for $5.995 million, per city records.

The unit is in Feldman’s name, and he bought it for $3.8 million in 2012. The 2,691-square-foot apartment has three bedrooms (though it can be converted into four), four bathrooms, five floor-to-ceiling windows in the main room that overlook Reade Street, and a soaking tub and rainfall shower in the master bathroom. The unit also comes with a 200-square-foot storage unit. Cortnee Glasser of Sotheby’s International Realty has the listing.

Feldman and Guthrie married in 2014 and have two children. Guthrie replaced Ann Curry as co-anchor of the “Today Show” alongside Matt Lauer in 2012 (she had been a host on the show since 2011). Before that she worked as a correspondent on NBC News. Feldman is co-founder of the communications and lobbying firm, The Glover Park Group.
