There’s only one place they call Bon Jovi one of their own, and it turns out that place is not 150 Charles. The rocker has just listed his condo at the star-studded 150 Charles in the West Village for $17.25 million.

The New Jersey native hasn’t owned the pad for a very long time; he paid $12.8 million for it in 2015 using his real name, John Bongiovi. The 4,031-square-foot corner duplex unit has three bedrooms (plus a library that can act as a fourth bedroom), four and a half bathrooms, huge windows with views of the Hudson River, hardwood floors, a fireplace, and — best of all – a 1,500-square-foot corner landscaped terrace. Robby Browne, Chris Kann, Jennifer Ireland Kubis of Corcoran have the listing.

Bon Jovi is not the only famous person to grace the halls of 150 Charles. Last year, Ben Stiller paid $15 million for a unit there and model Irina Shayk bought one for $6 million.
