It’s almost as if she has an angel looking out for her. Victoria’s Secret model and “angel” Elsa Hosk has just sold her apartment at 184 Franklin Street in Tribeca for $1.19 million — only two months after she listed it.

Hosk first listed the pad in March, and per city records, it looks like she closed on the sale in May (though the document was only just filed yesterday). Hosk paid only $535,000 for the apartment back in 2011, and she listed it for $1.1 million back in March, meaning she got above asking price for the apartment.

The one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment sits atop a fifth floor walk-up (we guess that’s how she stays in shape!), and comes with a wood-burning fireplace, two skylights and 12-foot ceilings. The listing notes there is also the potential to buy rights to the roof for a private terrace, though that is not a guarantee. Ivan Picc, Jenny Lundmark Santiago and Thomas Tsiatsis all of Douglas Elliman had the listing.

Hosk is Swedish and has been a Victoria’s Secret model since 2011, and an Angel since 2015. Before her modeling career, Hosk was a professional basketball player in Sweden.
