Benjamin paid $1.3 million for the pad in 2014 along with Amy Silver. It has two bedrooms, one bathroom and a den. According to the listing — with M Candace Roncone of Brown Harris Stevens — the pad has been restored and has high ceilings, wainscoting, an eat-in kitchen, views of West 11th Street and access to a common roof deck.

You mixed up what networks those shows are on. Bob’s Burgers is on Fox, and Archer is on FX (you have it the other way around)
