London’s most expensive rental property is a five bedroom, Park Lane apartment that’s asking £60,000 ($76,000) per week, or more than £3 million ($3.8 million) per year.

For your money you get access to a butler, a maid to unpack your cases, a 24/7 concierge, the use of an Aston Martin and (less impressively) a choice of daily newspaper, reports The Guardian.

There’s also a private terrace overlooking Hyde Park, a 14-place dining table and a baby grand piano.

The penthouse at the Grosvenor House Suites is reportedly most popular during the summer and is a favorite of celebrities and Middle Eastern royalty — it was recently rented for a month by one of the ruling families from Qatar.

“They like to be close to Knightsbridge and Mayfair, and have the lovely views of Hyde Park. You can get to Harrods in just five minutes,” said Ricky Luther, of Chase Apartments, one of several firms marketing the flat, to The Guardian.
